Terms of service
Last updated: 13 October 2026 · Version 1.0
1. Who we are and the agreement
These terms form a contract between you and the owner of Clervio identified in the Legal notice (Ayman Laakel Neffari, trading as Clervio). By creating an account you accept them. If you use Clervio for an organisation, you confirm you may bind it.
2. The service
Clervio is an online marketing-intelligence tool. It analyses public websites, produces AI-assisted business profiles, opportunities, competitor insights, website audits, campaign drafts and reports, runs scheduled automations and connects optional integrations (Google Sheets, Gmail, Search Console). Features not yet connected are marked as such in the app. You must be 18 or older.
3. Accounts and security
Keep your credentials secret and tell us about any unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity in your account and for whom you invite to your workspaces and with which role.
4. Plans, prices and billing
- Free plan at no cost, with the monthly limits shown on the Pricing page.
- Paid plans (Starter €29, Pro €79, Agency €199 per month) are billed monthly in advance through Stripe, per workspace. The final amount, including any taxes that apply, is shown on the Stripe checkout page before you pay.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.
- Upgrades and downgrades apply immediately with a prorated charge or credit.
- If a renewal payment fails, access continues during Stripe’s retry period with a warning; if it still fails the workspace returns to Free.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing. Paid access continues until the end of the period already paid. See the Refund policy. Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory rights as a consumer.
6. Availability and changes
We aim for a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability; maintenance and provider outages can happen. We may improve or change features; we will give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce a paid plan.
7. AI output
Much of Clervio’s output is generated by AI and can be incomplete, outdated or wrong. Clervio labels evidence, sources and hypotheses, but you must verify results before relying on them. You remain responsible for your business decisions, campaigns and for complying with advertising, data-protection and consumer laws when you use the output.
8. Your content and intellectual property
You keep the rights to the content you provide. You grant us a licence to host and process it only to provide the service. Subject to the AI providers’ terms, you may use the output Clervio generates for you. Clervio’s software, brand and design remain ours.
9. Acceptable use
You must follow the Acceptable use policy.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close accounts that seriously or repeatedly breach these terms, endanger the service or other users, or where required by law, normally after notice. You can delete your account at any time (see Data deletion).
11. Liability
We are liable for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, and as mandatory law requires. Otherwise, to the extent legally permitted, we are not liable for indirect losses or lost profits, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. These limits do not apply where consumer law forbids them.
12. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Consumers may bring claims in the courts of their place of residence and keep the protection of the mandatory law of their country. The EU online dispute resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Questions or complaints: aymanlaakel@gmail.com.
13. Changes to these terms
We will announce material changes in advance in the app. Version in force: 1.0.
