Account & data deletion
Last updated: 13 October 2026 · Version 1.0
Delete it yourself
- Sign in and open Settings.
- In “Delete account”, type
DELETEand confirm. - The deletion runs immediately and you are signed out. You only see a success message once it has actually completed.
If a paid subscription is still running on a workspace you own, deletion is refused until you cancel it in Billing and the paid period ends, so you are not charged for an account that no longer exists.
What is deleted
- Your login (email, password or Google sign-in link).
- Every workspace you own with all its content: business profile, opportunities, audits, competitors, campaigns, AI conversations and tasks, automations and run logs, notifications, usage counters, invitations and memberships.
- Your membership in other people’s workspaces (their workspaces remain).
- Your Google Sheets, Gmail and Search Console connections: they are revoked and the stored encrypted keys are deleted.
What is kept
- Payment, invoice and subscription records held by Stripe, as required by tax and anti-fraud law.
- Short-lived security and error logs at our hosting providers, removed on their normal schedule.
- Database backups, overwritten on the provider’s rotation cycle.
